Yes, we are only getting "Creation of Private Rooms (Inns, etc.)" whatever that really means, in 1.21 (unless they moved it).

This. Cant believe this thread went 6 pages before this was said haha. Private rooms are coming in 1.21. We dont know exactly what they will have and the restrictions yet, cause im sure their will be a gimmick in there somewhere, but they are coming before the end of February(hopefully).

True, but I am really not sure if we will be able to see them with 1.21 since I didn't read about it after the "Future of FFXIV" docs appeared and it wasn't on the planned release list of 1.21. Same about chocobo gear :S

That's what I meant. But in the german version of this doc is written "eventually Creation of Private Rooms" and there were some planned content lists for 1.21 after this doc from October(?) without rooming or chocobo gear on it :/
