Do you shame people for their choice of materia melds?

Who are these people who are doing so little in dungeons they have time to examine other's gear and get judgy about it? If it's a situation like a static and you see the people all the time, then constructive feedback to help the group is warranted. But why are you examining some random mook you'll probably never encounter again? And why are you doing that instead of doing your job in the content?

Inspecting people is how you get answers to questions like:

Why are these pulls dying so slow?
How is this dps doing less damage than the healer?
Why does that dps have 13k hp less than the healer?
Is that really their search info or did I misssee it?
Is this tank just bad at everything or is he super undergeared?
HOW HAS THIS PULL NOT DIED YET? IM ON MY SECOND RAMPART?

As well as posting pictures of interesting glam or silly character names in discord.

I inspect most people I end up with in EX trials because theres someone who always has to afk as soon as they load in, or zones slower than my laptop (which is a feat in itself).

I don’t particularly care what melds people use—I know some people get really upset about healers melding D.Hit but meh. They can do whatever they want as long as they heal when they need to. If I see happen to see egregious melds, I kind of just sit there in shock for a few seconds, but I rarely say anything. I don’t normally check other people’s gear though unless there’s an issue in a run (e.g., the tank has several thousand less HP than the DPS/healer, things dying too slow, tank taking a lot of damage despite using CDs, etc.).

I only examine a player if there’s a particularly obvious problem. Like when I zone into an instance and see that I have more HP on my healer or DPS than the tank does. Then I’ll probably look at their gear and see if it’s not up-to-date or what’s going on. I generally don’t check melds though.
