Because it's a topic about how the female happi looks different from that in the artwork? I don't think anyone is knocking the female form at all. That's why the topic in general is focused on female clothing <_>.

Agreed - Happi is definitely not swimwear. I think people in general are just equating the summerfest with swimwear as opposed to summerfest and summer-style clothing (whether that be festival wear or whatever).

TIL that women's normal swimwear is skanky and trashy. People will always be there to remind us that tank armor should look like it could actually protect you from attackers but conveniently forget what realistic outfits for swimming look like. I guess the female form is just too shocking since swim shorts and topless men aren't getting mentioned and only the bikinis are.

There's a lot of people that had nuanced opinions too. It's nice to have choice, this year it's not a new "skanky" bikini, last two years it was. I'm happy it's no just a reused model like the Shisui gear from last year event and I don't get why people complain. I hardly see bikini glams except in summer and the going to be new gear next year..

Buy the freaking skirt, all the old event items are in mogstation and requires real moneys for not being there on that event day ) and just wear the basic black bikini so you can be as skimpy as you are
