Look, I get the whole immersion argument, but folks can straight up dress up as full frogs now. A white mage in heavy armor doesn't look any more "lore-breaking" than a frog body with a chocobo head shooting a mechanized drill at monsters.

Throw wide the gates. Lift the restrictions, SE!

Why? Because I like the idea of having class sets that are unique to that class. And that's all there is to it.

yeah there's so many dol/doh sets i'd love to use but they're locked to that specific job that i'd love for there to be some way to use them. maybe add a special new glamour prism

Role restrictions? (ie: maiming, fending, striking, casting etc.) Yeah, they need to go. Especially if they're willing to simply recolor and reshuffle the armor sets.

Job restrictions? No. Iconic artifact outfits should (and will) stay special. Especially since Yoshi-P has gone on to say as much on a couple occasions.

If you ask for job restrictions to be lifted they are going to put their foot down for the 3rd or 4th time and refuse. If people would specifically ask for DoH/Ls or role restrictions being unlocked (citing how they do this all the time with dungeon and crafted gear), we're more likely to see some things lifted.

To be fair I wish we could get rid of the frog/pig/etc glam too. Gives me the Fortnite shivers. Just waiting for them to make it worse and put a dab emote in.

But yeah, I like my role restricted gear like others have said.

Job restrictions on glamour. Glamour. Not actually letting jobs wear other gear with the wrong stats.

Unpopular opinion alert, I prefer what we have now, role specific set fit their roles.
We already have many free choices with no restriction. Certain "immersion" shall remain
