Forced cutscenes in solo MSQ???!!!

Well you only need to do them once for the MSQ then you never need to touch then again, but after doing this why would you be doing them solo anyway? The only real benefit of running these duties several times is for the Roulette rewards so what else is there?

If you need to farm Poetics, Aetherochemical Research Facility is your best bet after you do roulettes. Very few cutscenes and only 50 less Poetics than Castrum/Prae. And as MrMagic noted, the high number of Poetics is because the cutscenes are unskippable; if they changed that back, the rewards would be much lower.

And what do you know...0 poetics after all that from both Praetorium and ARF. I could've sworn the other dungeons gave poetics each time I solo'd them. A little warning I'd get nothing at all when unsynced would be nice.

Unsynced means you won't get any rewards. Only first time bonus will get you some rewards for the current content, but that's as far as it goes. Which is why people don't level unsynced (because you can't) and mostly just for the quick clear to help others with it.
