    So correct me if I'm wrong, but the only reason to use Hagakure now would be if you lost your buffs but still have your Sen, so that you could start over on the rotation but get 15 Kenki, no? Since it only gives 5 Kenki per Sen, it would just be better to hold on to your Sen otherwise for a Midare, correct?

    Depends entirely on how you use it. As I said above, on the right opener it's critical for a smooth flow. But I acknowledge that most people don't use the opener I do. I couldn't make the standard ones everyone was using work so I made my own.

    Nope, you're correct. It's something to use between pulls or doing phase transitions to clear sen so you can start fresh and not overlap a sen to reapply buffs.
