I agree with this. IMO, both male and female should have different poses for each weapon stance, maybe even different versions of a lot (or more) of the emotes. Diversity is a good thing. It would be boring if all PC's used the same 2 or 3 poses just because they may or may not look the coolest.
Diversity in gear and emotes is great, and we have all of those. We're just talking potentially about 6 emotes across the plethora of what we have, not advocating changing all of these and the majority of emotes should be unique. I might want to stab my DRK sword into the ground, or I might want to rest it on my shoulders. I just feel the battle ones should be available universally, even just for the simple reason that there is only 2 battle emotes, and only 1 idle weapon stance and it would be nice to simply have more. Would be great if they added new ones, but adding ones that already exist would be great too
Sorry if it felt i shoved politics in your face - it was not my intention. These are just words used within the context of just the game, as the emotes are gender locked and inherently not equal across the genders in the game, its just a game. Im not saying that SE are, whatever the words are to describe people who are on the woke army's hit-list. It's not some great burning injustice that i am championing. Just get over the "gender equality" term and move on.
OP already said more than once that this was just a bad choice of words, just read the thread.
On topic:
I definetely would like to have different versions of Battle Stance and Victory Pose, I don't particularly care about the weapon stances but more variety is always welcomed :'D
Do not worry about satisfying those who claim "forcing politics" or anything.Sorry if it felt i shoved politics in your face - it was not my intention. Honestly? Force them politics. Make yourself as loud as you want, and to heck, HECK I SAY to anyone who tries to shut you down for something like this. You doin' a good thing.
Sure. I'd like to have both options available to me.
I do wonder if it'd be difficult to program. There have been instances, particularly ones regarding gender-locked gear, where I've thought "well I don't see why they can't just design the gear so it universally fits all body types" but the answer turns out to be more complicated than just flicking an on/off switch. I imagine it might be a similar case with the poses.

Simple, using something like Gender Equality in a thread title where it has no bearing whatsoever is why people are bringing it up. OP used it to gain traction...the crap already triggers the wrong people. That is why its getting brought up... Honestly, I agree that not making them gender specific would be a good thing. but using this garbage ploy to get attention I do not.Could you guys stop seeing an agenda in this thread title and focus on the actual content? A good chunk of this thread is "Ugh, dat word" offtopic trash and other people that ironically fire up the entire thing even more by mentioning it. (Context again: Nothing to do with my body parts!)

Except they aren't and didn't. Using something like that for nothing of the nature doesn't "help the cause" it only hurts it. Just sayin.

OP said a nono-word on the internet, time to get mad and ignore their post !
I would like this. I want the frown that male healers have, feels more appropriate as a healer idle lol
