Suggestion - Gender equality "Battle Stance", "Victory Pose" and weapon idle emotes

Is there any particular reason we can’t ask for things like a normal person instead of having to #WokEorzea everything?

Just ask for the emotes to be open to everyone instead of having to make it about “gender equality”, which doesn’t even make sense.

Can maybe someone show the poses?
If they are nonsexual but "comfort" or based on "physical apperance" the OP needs to use a Fantasia and the case is solved.

Look I'm not campaigning for WOKE-ness in FFXIV, nor do I campaign anywhere for it. Games are not for that especially this one, I merely chose it as a term as the emotes are gender locked. I apologise for putting in "Gender Equality" in the title, as these are just some silly emotes. Was just trying to get my suggestion out to the Devs - and maybe i rode the wagon a little to build the case where it didn't need it.

Could you guys stop seeing an agenda in this thread title and focus on the actual content? A good chunk of this thread is "Ugh, dat word" offtopic trash and other people that ironically fire up the entire thing even more by mentioning it.

As German, I don't see much offense in "Gender equality" either, it is just two words put in that order that might resembles an annoying agenda, but clearly it is not in this case. It - literally - just means equality between the genders in terms of battle stances. I mean, context is a thing in reading comprehension. That is like saying: "Hitler ate bread - so ban bread, and never dare to say bread ever again in any context"!

I've never seen the difference of the genders when it comes to weapon handling. If there is no reason to make a difference and the emotes are in the game already, why not?

In general, the emotes of this game are very neat and I adore them, but do female Lalafell really do different emotes than my little man here? (Context again: Nothing to do with my body parts!)
