With new Free Company stuff to do in the workshop, this is just sad.

The saddest thing about this is that the Workshop, and by extension Airships and Submarine Voyages, are still tied solely to Housing... Absolutely no reason to gate such content behind a finite commodity like Housing. Slap a Grand Company NPC in each of the three starting cities, let us pay whatever the cost for the Workshop was (300k? 500k?) to the NPC representing the Grand Company the Free Company has the highest Standing in, and have him act as a transport to the Workshop. Done. Every Free Company now has a Workshop. The door in a Free Companies Estate, should they be lucky enough to get one, simply acts as another (likely more convenient) way to access the Workshop.
