Nin buffs are garbage but Sam's aren't exactly any better. Hagakure is zero increase, the QoL is nice but doesn't solve issues. Drg and Mnk are extremely meta so expect locked PFs. The worst part is with how awful the balance patch is I can't even blame PFs being locked, it would be asinine to gimp yourself taking Nin/Sam now that SE has shown their cards.
