That’s an extreme you queued up for. That isn’t in the duty roulette so you have to wait for other people to queue up for it. Which means level/item sync. Most people at this point would do it unsync via party finder. Give that a try.
Then the easy fix is to add these to the roulette.

It’s not really an issue, people just aren’t doing years old content the hard way anymore.
Looks like it is an issue to me and i bet i am not the only one that comes back or starts new.
