Should there be a toggle allowing the cast of Rescue on someone?

I personally hate it being used on me, since most times it is unneeded and trolling. Never been used to "save" me, most times a healer wanting to dictate how I tank. Examples I can list.

During a boss mechanic, they were stupid and misread the cast bar, and pulled me away from the boss instead of letting me stay in melee range, resulting in my being knocked back into damage attacks. Healers using it to dictate how much I should pull in a dungeon, by running ahead and then using rescue to rip me into the mobs, the healer being an idiot when could barely keep me up with just 6-8 mobs on me due to poor DPS in the group and now I have 20+, I died. A healer who trolled me and ripped me out from behind a rock to kill themselves and me in the process to troll.

I've yet to see it being used on me in a manner that is beneficial. So would love an option to get it removed from being used on me.

In Titania EX, there has been a few saved wipes because someone got hit by the knockback/fear she does, and the healer rescued them so they didn't fly/run off and we got that puddle.

Any fight with an arena you can fall off, Rescue can be extremely beneficial.

But like any ability, there is using it, and then there is using it well.
