When did calling PS4 players “console peasants” become acceptable?

I’ve seen multiple posts by multiple people calling PS4 uses peasants, another guy insulting people who work min wage jobs and not being able to afford expensive GPUs(one guy doing this was bragging about his $600 1080ti. When did this kinda thing become acceptable? I love Final Fantasy 14 because I can play with friends on PC and PS4 I don’t see the point of bragging about purchases/platforms and using them to insult other people.

I don't think it is acceptable at all and needlessly hyperbolic but I believe we will see more of it the more the PS4 falls behind current PCs and thus slows or even halts the development of prettier GFX similar to the PS3 in her day.

BTW: I have the money to burn but I wouldn't buy 2080 Ti class hardware.
I consider it a bad value and rather wait a generation to get the same horsepower at a fraction of the price.
Early adopters pay way too much R&D tax for my taste.

I have both a PS4 and a PS4 Pro and the major difference between the two is the graphics engine in that you can render graphics better on Pro. I haven't noticed much difference in load times playing the game. I've personally since moved to PC and output my game in 4K and am very happy with that but other than that I really think it's bogus to try and put down console users.

The PS3 on the other had was a major liability in my opinion and it was a good thing it was retired.

Standard PS4 plays it in sub 60 fps, well even ps4 pro has sub 60 but its still a lot better than standard console with "cinematic experience" xD

The only people who don't want ps4s to have a parser are people who don't want a parser in game. Being on PC has nothing to do with the ps4 parser hate.

Don't want a parser in the game, yet use it as third party software for their own parser. Quite funny.... And Again... Fight to the death towards anyone suggesting ps4 players should have their own personal parser.
