    Why defend click and buy? I'm in the US and they still wouldnt take my info. Not that i have to prove anything to any of you but I had a legitimate problem that was not my fault. Got billed for crysta through paypal and did not get it, after an hr and 2 phone calls the situation was fixed.

    So I'm sorry for ppl who are having problems with billing but if it truly is not your fault they will work with you. Just need proof (purchase ID, time stamps, etc) which a smart online consumer should keep for anything they buy.

    It's good to see that I'm not the only one that had issues. I tried to use Click and Buy to pay for my service, and holy crap storm! They charged my CC for the service, and it didn't show on my Square account. Called them and got the run around, and they said that "Well there's no charge on our side". I tried another payment with the rep on the line.... Yep charges hit my card but it didn't work on there side...

    They wanted me to "confirm" the charges with my CC (I was looking at the charged online). I called the CC and cinfirmed the charges and got the Ath#. I tried to call Click and Buy back, but they were closed at 3:20pm (MST) So I called my CC company back, and had the charges reversed. I ended up using the other payment option and used the Ultimate Game Card.

    It's been a year, Square needs to wake the ^#&@ up and get there own billing system and stop using 3rd party crap.

    They did have their own system -- People complained about it because they were so impatient they couldn't enter FFXI in a few seconds.

    They can take Direct CCs in Japan but not the west yet.

    Thus showing that they didn't put enough thought and work into making there billing system. For a company that's as big as Square Enix not to have there own billing system, and there relaying on 3rd parties to sad. Every other game I can think of right now that's a MMORPG has there own payment system. Heck Rune Scape and Fly FF have there own payment system, and if there's an issue you call them, and not deal with a 3rd party billing system, that you hope will work.

    You pointed out that players in Japan can pay Square Enix directly which is great to read, but talk about dropping the ball for the rest of the world... Thuse causeing the games and compaines image to look even wores with all the people having billing issues, and issues with the custormer service on both ends!
