At the least, the interest has been expressed and will be notated by the Community Team, even if nothing more comes of it. And maybe it can serve as evidence to the writers of how well received he's been.

First off you have a world that is filled to the brim with hyper sensitive people on social media, people making video's on cops to exercise their rights just to make money off the video also to disrupt whatever the law is doing to prove a point that they are being harassed by the law.

kids eating soap pods, doing stuff from youtube, stuff on snapchat they probably dont want you knowing things you are in the dark about you might say it wont happen to me but trust me it does think when you were a kid you did stuff you werent supposed to do and be like meh maybe it won't be so bad I say we were lucky and today is different than it was back then.

people who bury their faces in cell phones who don't pay attention to whats going on who either fall into traffic or crash, kids recording fights even adults instead of getting involved and stopping it.

Let me guess if you had a kid you'd buy them a cell phone, you'd allow them to go online you'd go watch tv while they secretly go on snapchat or sites they shouldn't be going on as they are being raised online they don't learn proper whats right from wrong, they get bullied in school they don't tell you because you don't insert yourself early on and have normal talks with them instead because you didn't take the time to get involved they've sheltered themselves away from you and keep to themselves now that isn't healthy.

If they added the option to flirt with NPCs, I'd probably flirt with everyone I come across, if only for giggles lol
I imagine some reactions are priceless. And I really hope your questions gets chosen for the live letter.
Also, flirting with enemies? Imagine that big bad guy over there having a monologue about his nefarious deeds and how he will conquer the world after he vanquished you and you're like "Have you ever licked a lamppost in winter?".
I need more giggle fodder. I have absolutely no shame when it comes to making NPCs all flustered and tongue-tied.
On a more serious note, I wouldn't be opposed to quest chains that let you spent some quality adventuring time with an NPC. Doesn't even has to have any romantic notions (though the option would also be welcome), just a couple of optional quests where it's just the two of you uncovering some nasty plot, solving a local problem, going artifact hunting or whatever. The NPCs follows you around instead of just waiting at certain checkpoints, fights with you, you get some cutscenes with different dialogue options, can learn a thing or two about them.
I like that they made many NPCs more involved, I hope they will continue to build on this in the future.
