Eh sorry, but was he wearing level 60 gear, or gear that was 6 ilvls below?
Also, mentor is right you know, doesn't hurt to ask beforehand if everyone is okay with big pulls, saves you the repeated wipes

So...you are rude to a healer and refuse to adjust to simply make things go smoothly?

How exactly are facts "rude"? He wasn't ready for the dungeon, he should have better prepared before trying to ruin other player's experiences. I came prepared, the mentor came prepared, so why exactly can't the healer come prepared - while playing such a critical role? I will not change my playstyle to baby a player who refuses to actually prepare for the dungeon they are queuing for, and actually this healer healed well all things considered. I had a healer in full scaevan do worse, same class. We only wiped once, all I was saying was he needed to get new gear. I wasn't being "rude" at all.
I did more actual "mentoring" than the mentor.
For example, when I am severely undergeared on a class because I leveled it through HoH or something... I don't queue dungeons I am not geared for! If I want to do a dungeon I will think of others and come prepared!

I'm not going to say you were rude cause text doesn't show emotion well. I will say tho they might've not had the gil to buy even from the vender... And I'm only saying this cause I been down that road.. hell I'm in it NOW trying to level astro. I'm broke... like lower than 100k so yeah that can be a thing. And when gear even from the vendor can be up to 70k if you're unlucky you aint buying gear. And sometimes the lowest dungeon you can even do doesn't drop gear you can use for the next one. I'm not saying thats what happened but that it CAN and DOES happen. I've lived/living in such times. How exactly are facts "rude"? The mentor was being a bit of an uninformed tool as well, but he did get one thing right: Phrasing. Phrasing is important, and the way you were going from the start with things like "this is your fault", you were coming off as an arrogant jerk. On top of that, you are supposed to work *with* the party, not against it. If the healer can't heal big pulls, then make some adjustments and *make smaller pulls*. "I only make big pulls" just shows you out to be an egotistical prick, refusing to work with the healer that you've got.How exactly are facts "rude"? You were factually correct. You were still a jerk, though.
Geez... WOW... Holy shi...shkebab... Makes me wonder who actualy has some God complex there... Whenever I Q in the dungeon I always ask healer "fast or safe?" and this sets the whole run tempo. So could that healer. But THIS... Damn! This definitely takes the cake!

Was the gear i260 Shire or the i270 Shire? Because you do know that Shisui (the dungeon before Bardam’s) drops i270 gear—the same as the Augmented i270 Shire, right? The only gear that beats that is the level 74 HQ crafted—not NQ. NQ is worse than the i270 Shire—NQ level 74 gear is actually probably worse than even i260 Shire, because NQ gear is quite bad.
The Yellow was right—you can give advice, but you also don’t need to be rude about it. Whether it was your intention or not, it certainly came off that way when I was reading it. Phrasing is very important.

For sure. Healer was actually good all things considered and I would have complimented them, they actually could handle big pulls. I had just checked their gear after a wipe. I probably could have prevented the wipe if I had popped the rest of my dcd.I'm not going to say you were rude cause text doesn't show emotion well. Good thing he was 66 and could use the level 66 vendor gear!
All in all the healer took it the wrong way, and shouldn't have left. Like I said in my other post I had another healer in full scaevan wipe us 3 times on big pulls. No, I didn't stop pulling big on that one either. This healer could actually heal, I just needed to be less conservative with my dcd and just popped it all. I wasn't "rude" I was just giving advice.
This healer did heal the same big pull successfully as well when I rotated more dcds for it.
