Could be part of a chain bonus from killing multiple enemies in a short timeframe? (Do you see the number going up at all if you, say, group 3 enemies and kill them all really quick?)
I have noticed this before as I leveled. I don't recall the exact culprit, but either the armory or rested bonus is providing a +50% effect to the fc buff. So 10% to 15%
The armory bonus below 70 is 100%. It's 50% at 70-79
Hmm... i could test this by asking my FC leaders to not refresh the xp bonus for a moment when it runs out so i can go kill something and check whether the bonus changes by 10 or by 15%. I could also cross check with other FC members if they also have 5% they don't know where they come from. On the other hand, if it were that, tons of people would have the same, and apart from you nobody here said anything the like.

It doesn't work like that. For nearly all Exp bonuses (Road to 70 being the exception) they simply add together, so 50% bonus from armory and 10% FC buff would give a total of 60% bonus. Besides, when my FC has the 10% buff up I get exactly 10% bonus from that, not 15%.
This actually seems to be it. Without having any avoidable buffs, i had +100% (50% armory 50% rested), with the lvl 2 XP FC buff (Twintania has no housing yet), which should only give 10%, i had +115%
It seems to be the armory bonus.
I tested it out with both my highest level combat class and one of my lower level ones. The former went from 130% to 140% when I turned on Heat of Battle II, just as it would be expected to, but the lower level one (which has a 100% armory bonus) went from 230% to 250%. Later, once I'd used up my rested bonus (but with HoB still active) they dropped down to 90% and 200%.
For some reason, even though nearly all bonuses combine additively, those two, the armory bonus and Heat of Battle, combine multiplicatively.
