Does anyone think the FFXV crossover mount will ever make a reappearance to be acquired either in game or on the mog station? I wasn't around for this event at the time and I would really love to have a shot at getting this mount.

I would like it to return somewhere in the future too... I don''t do the "Casino" part of this game. Simply don't like it. So I haven't even near enough of the resources to buy it. Personaly I think that it was the worst way to put a cost in such currency.

Honestly 200k MGP is very easy to get, and there's basically 0 gambling since even doing the Cactpot stuff is guaranteed profit. About one hour a week can net you ~70-150k MGP fairly easily, depending on if you do the tournaments or not (and you don't even need to do them against other players), and that's without even touching chocobo racing or mahjong.

If you don't like Gold Saucer, that's perfectly fine, but just saying, if you really wanted the mount, it wasn't difficult to amass the MGP.

I disagree. It was probably the best way for most people to obtain it. And 200k MGP is pocket change. If the mount made a reappearance though I probably wouldn't care. They're everywhere right now regardless.

But what about ppl who don't like or participate in GC events or ranks and never put any effort into gaining GC seals?

Any way you implement it, its going to be inconvenient for someone, that doesn't mean it was a poor decision, just not one that you on board with. But honestly MGP is likely just as, if not easier to get than GC seals but GC seals have a stricter limit at 90k only after a whole lot of work to get max rank, instead of 999,999,999 out of the gate. So the obvious choice is to make it something you need to put minimal effort into but still feels like a reward than a hand out.

Like in almost all games, if you want the loot you need to suck it up and do the content. Cause it was literally the best way to implement it that was open to everyone and still not a flat hand out.
