Idk how you come up with these numbers when savage hasn’t came out yet and we don’t know what raid gear is

I didn't, the numbers were given to me by people who watch the balance. They tend to math and test out how much DPS each stat gives, including predictions of future break points. And Crit, as of SB (and presumably ShB) always starts out weak and scales strong.
