    For Bard, I don't know how it is with the regular job gauge but the simplified job gauge flashes briefly whenever Bloodletter procs. Maybe you can place it in a more noticeable position in your UI layout and see if it helps.

    It makes a sound effect for one of the bard songs when their procs are fully ready. 3 stacks for Wanderer's Minuet. Army's Paeon and Mage's Ballad just flash only when you get one of your four notes up/refresh on your Bloodletter/Rain of Death.
