Yeah agree with that seen plots going for 2.5 mil which anyone can get easy, putting the prices up for personal housing and fc housing would help fix the problem so much but we all know ppl will just bitch about it being too much Gil

Fine, let them whine about the gil. Better then the all caps lock complaint threads. At least we can tell players "git gud" if they want a house if it is gil they lack.

People on this very forum complained about prices being too high when personal housing came out and here we are...
We went from having absolutely no availability issues with 450 houses per server to having availability issues despite having 4,320 houses per server. It's not because the game became more popular or so called WoW refugess, it's the combination of drastically reducing the prices, twice, and personal housing.

So is that why you hog so many plots of land? I seriously wonder why you people keep pushing for the 2.0 method. That was a disgrace and encouraged buying of gil like crazy.People on this very forum complained about prices being too high when personal housing came out and here we are...

Anything that costs gil encourages buying of gil. So what?
And I wasn't one of them because I wasn't even a player in 2.X
You'd have to clarify your question. Gilgamesh is our home and owning the equivalent of a ward was merely just a goal. <Aether> on Gilgamesh used to own half of a Lavender Beds ward back when there was only 450 plots on the server. Guess what, no one complained.
RMT couldn't keep up with those prices. Players had to play the waiting game with the devaluation timer. It wasn't until late Heavensward that you could see a lot of players being gil capped. The reason why we'd love to see the prices go up again is because it is the fastest way to resolve the availability issues and it would remove a whole lot more money from the players, who already have too much money to begin with.
Bring those prices back and the money well will dry up pretty quick.
You can't seriously complain about RMT being involved with housing when players are willing to spend 8 digits on gear, mounts, relic items, etc.
