And, for someone who so quickly jumped to call others wrong, you are now conveniently ignoring there is no evidence that all vieras are anything but tall.

What i called wrong was the suggestion that it "goes against the racial lore" for them to be anything but tall. As I pointed out to you, which you have ignored, that the article on their racial lore doesn't specify them to be any specific height.
The existence of Feol in the lore and the vague statement of physically different leaves open the door for a Midlander/Highlander split with the Viera and Feol.

In between? You mean that 3.7 centimeter difference in minimum heights? That's what you call "In between" a Lalafel and a Miqo'te?
Going from Roe to Au Ra, the difference in height is a few centimeters in a very smooth downward curve and then it hits the Au Ra and falls off a cliff. It goes from 3~ centimeters difference to two feet between Au Ra and Lalafel.

A proper "in between" height would be halfway between a Lalafels 3~ foot height and the Au Ra/Miqote of just shy of 5 feet. Feol could easily slide into that gap. But it doesn't have to be Feol, i'd accept any race that was between 3 and 5 feet to correct that cliff drop between Lalas and Au Ras.

So now you're just theorycrafting about any hypothetical smol race and, as Yoshi P has already confirmed that there will be no more new races, you've already lost.

To recap - there is no evidence that Viera are anything other than tall in the lore. Feol are a clan of the Viera noted for their shorter ears, but nothing else. You personally want more small races but don't like the animations of either lalafell or au ra. Ok.

They had to purposely make them tall. Otherwise Viera and Miqote girls would rival each other in popularity. It helps add some diversity so everyone doesn’t look the same. Besides, 0000.0% chance they will make them shorter.
