I mailed AST in the beginning of SB and at the end of SB I was making SCH.
Personally I like SCH and the decision to move towards a more healing focused roles. My biggest problem is the transition was handled poorly for SCH, the flow of SCH doesn't feel smooth, ideally the healers should feel as smooth as WHM, and be rewarded similarly for playing to the job's gimmick.
Since Aetherflow is the gimmick for SCH, I'd like some more to do with the Fairy gauge that Aetherflow feeds into and I'd like what it can do to be decently powerful like what WHM can do with Blood Lilies. While I don't care to give SCH a rotation or more commonly accessed DPS skills, I'd like if Aetherflow management was rewarded with something, if that something is a nuke a la Misery, then that's fine but I'd prefer something more focused around the fairy. The reward for proper Aetherflow usage is Fairy Gauge...
As it stands the only substantial use of Fairy Gauge is Aetherpact, since Fey Blessing is lackluster. Other than that I think it can use some potency boosts, and I think Dissipation can be reworked to flow better with the job. I'd also like Broil III to be instant cast to facilitate weaving Fairy and Aetherflow skills instead of being forced to use Ruin II. Things should just work well together, WHM currently does and it feels great.
Really though, content needs to be designed with more healing in mind. Healing is just way too easy and downright unnecessary most of the time. I enjoy when I have to make full use of my healing kit, and adapting to what's going on and what cooldowns or Aetherflow stacks I have available. Doing the Eden raid content last night blind was very fun, but even that wasn't too demanding on healing.
