Name one move that better in this game.
The characters were barely leaving the ground in 3 attacks (archer, pug and lancer) and this move with the jumps, the spins and the breakdabce at the end is not good enough?

I still think your "Im too good for this" attitude is whats bothering people. These may not be the best animations under the sun...but damn it is a hell of alot better than most of what we have now.

i kind of dont really care to be honest. people are gonna rage about their own opinions all the time in forums.

my opinions are just as valid as anyone elses. ive been playing MMOs for years now. all kinds. im a gamer as well and i hate that my friends would rather play games like WoW, Rift and star wars and complain about how tired they get of them yet laugh at the very thought of things such as this games battle system and battle UI. it actually is a terrible thing that we cant keybind spells to letter keys. this game goes against the grain so much that its frustrating because im one of the few people on this planet that will look past all these clunky set ups just so i can have a gawk at my character once in a while.

i have a lot of faith in this new team and so i was dissapointed that the WS do not meet up to FFXI standards since thats the only other MMO that likes to take advantage of long animation locks. my original criticism wasnt even that harsh but oh well.

how much of a downer was i? all i said was that they were kinda boring but i also said in more than one post that i liked MNKs spinning but that i was expecting more glow and sparkles. lol. i dont see how much of a downer i was. some bitch got catty with me and i got catty back. even in my cattyness i wasnt much of a downer on the WSs because all i said was that they lacked flashyness which FFXI gives.

I think the Monk 1 is fine. Its kinda nice how they used motion capture for it. I personally want to see Lancer, Blackmage, Whitemage and Dragoon Weapon skills.

i thought WHM and BLM were just getting spells. i didnt see any actual weapon skills. DRG looks to be getting a handful though from the list. MNK it looks like only actually gets 1, the rest looked to be buffs and effects.
im really curious as to what the BRD animations are gonna look like. i really hope they arent just second wind type animations.
