Cherry pick the rules whatever. My biggest issue is, ps4 players are not allowed to use parsers and PC players are, giving them a huge advantage. Then the ps4 player's numbers are put up on FFlogs, not even knowing are numbers are selves, and being judged by them. So it makes it much more difficult to improve said numbers. But that's none of my business I guess...

If you have issues with cherry picking, take it up with SE. Guarantee you theyll give you corporate speak for "We do what we want." If you have a problem with the PS4 issue, well, I cant help you on that. You can still use FFLogs and parser in a more round-about way. Do content with a friend where they parse you and upload it. Your data will be present in that parse and you can review it to improve. You dont need your parser running windowed in game for the information to be used. Most of the time people are using FFLogs to see their overall DPS and problem areas where they didnt use a skill as often as they should or proper CDs.

No need to subscribe. Just update the description of your character profile on the Lodestone and put "fflogs-hidden" then no one will be able to check on FF Logs your logs, since I did that, I can't be found.

Yoshida has said that he’s aware players like to parse, track their numbers, and use the site. As long as people don’t talk about in-game or harass players with it, they won’t do anything to them. He watched world first progression groups for both Ultimates that had parsers clearly visible on their streams.

ACT is not toxic. It's the people that use it that can be.
Saying the tool is evil would be like saying a hammer is evil because it CAN be used to hurt someone. The hammer isn't the problem, the one using it is.

Secondly, ACT quite literally only tells you facts about your numbers. And I highly doubt you've ever had a bad experience with someone parsing, feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, though.
