Though I do agree with the person that said the axe did not feel heavy enough. When I think of someone flinging an axe high up in the air, I think of someone using the momentum of the axe after a strong delayed slash. Maybe cause a bit of delay in the movements and make him end it with holding the axe on one hand towards the back and not being as high, or at least not as easy as he made it seem to be.
For Monk, I thought it looked sick. Only potential problem I see is the animation lock, but considering the combo bonus renders the target to be unable to use weapon skills after using pounce which stuns, I'd say in PvP it won't be affected much and in PvE the side affect is pretty deadly.
Edit: Looking at it again, the warrior is using both hands which would make it easier. Maybe the amount of spins and/or the speed of the spins would fix the fact that it seems like a very light axe.
