It's the same loot table like in omega and Alex.
If they also drop in the same pattern then it will be about 4 weeks to complete a set and by that time you also start further expanding with tomestone gear.

Supposedly, in an interview leading up to ShB, Yoshida said they were changing the Normal mode loot table so all four tokens randomly drop in each fight. If that's true, you can gamble for the body this week.
