Agreed. I really like how the male viera in this art looks. I also like the height comparisons below the female viera art on the left. It ranges between being slightly shorter than females, to being taller.

I do like that the face has rabbit-like features, and is a bit like miqo'te.

Yeah, I'm just not feeling this. I think the Yoshida said there wouldn't be any child viera anyway, so we probably won't get something like this. I'm guessing this is supposed to be a concept when both male and female look very similar in their youth?

This argument has been debunked over and over and over again. If we follow lore there is one person on the game, if we follow lore there are also no male mi'qote allowed to be played (this is the most played male race in the game) because they are just as rare as male viera, if we follow lore there is exactly ONE white mage and ONLY one white mage. Lore argument is absolutely dead, there is nothing for it to stand on at all, lets please PLEASE move past this.

Also is there a stronger argument, not that their needs to be or should, than 'inclusivity's sake'? Like at all?

To be fair, I don't think the game really acknowledges other player's characters too often anyway, and when they do they are just other adventurers. Even if 9/10 were male viera, people it wouldn't break the lore because of that, it would be when male viera NPCs would start flooding the cities.

Oops I may have broken the lore by riding my car around the Dravanian wilderness...also flying with it...and when I finally get into Shadowbringers I am so getting that frog suit. If people can deal with this then they can deal with men that have bunny ears.

Actually there is a perfectly reasonable lore explanation of why something like the flying car would be included, and the description of it and others will usually have something clever. Frog suit is lore friendly though, even if it looks dumb. It is not the same.
