    Sad to see Wutai population numbers so low but when actually in the game it doesn't really seem empty unless you are out doing leves somewhere.

    Hi. These numbers are snapshots taken around peak time for Japan (11pm) -- which is when much of NA is sleeping or Europe is at work or school. What you see on your server at your peak time could be quite different.
