    when did they say the world was going to gradually change? the new world is based on the new servers, and a bunch of features and systems that cant be done until the new servers hit. Its going to happen all at once, not gradually. You might see some version of a system that will be refined after and the story leading up (and content with it) but not the major changes you seem to imply, those will be 2.0 only.

    They said it quite awhile ago the world will gradually change -- Maps may not change for awhile (around 2.0 release) but they can easily do other stuff which they have been doing (i.e more Garlean events etc.)
