To be fair, every playable race has some major glaring flaw at the moment in terms of customisation. Highlander men can't have authentic eyebrows at the moment for example - which is just as bad, in my eyes, as Viera and Hrothgar having no access to certain hairstyles and the inability to wear certain headgear. They do, however, have higher quality textures to compensate.
