When more new itesm from Veteran Reward ?

Not sure.. but I think they're just asking for more rewards available for the points. It'd be nice. Last update to the rewards pool was quite long ago. I still love being carried around like a kitten by the Deathclaw though.

They have added 2 more rewards since the Deathclaw: an orchestrion and a ribbon headpiece. But that's it. The orchestrion is from the Golden Bahamut phase of UCoB, and the ribbon was added with ShB's launch. Personally, I'd like to see more things added more frequently, as I have all these certificates with nothing to really spend them on.

They are the same thing at this point. Achievement Rewards have more or less replaced the old Veterans Reward system with very few exceptions.

The only characters that still receive the old veterans rewards without having to spend tokens on them are the accounts that have characters dating back from when the Veterans Reward system was a thing—so, for example, I had received a lot of the old Veterans Rewards, such as the free Fantasia you used to get from it, before they swapped to the Achievement Rewards. As a result, all characters I make will continue to receive the rewards up to the tier I had reached (I believe I reached the Leonhart Attire or close to it just before they switched to the new system). Someone who makes a new account today would only receive access to a few select items (e.g., Strife Attire, Leonhart Attire), with others being under the new achievement certification system (e.g., Wind-up Nanamo, Wind-up Goblin, Goblin Mask, etc.). They also wouldn’t receive the free Fantasia until they complete The Ultimate Weapon (it was added as a quest reward to make up for it no longer being offered through Veterans Rewards—though, those with the old system flagged on their account can walk away with 2 free Fantasia if they do the MSQ instead of just 1).

Ooo.. is it the double ribbon I've seen on all the dancers? I haven't really looked at the vendor for a while since I always got disappointed and I didn't see any update in the patch notes (though I didn't look very hard for it because it's been so long).

They're kind of the same thing now yes? Veteran rewards no longer are really a thing unless you're a legacy player creating a new character.

Nah, that's the level 80 Dancer head piece, at least for female characters.
