I just screenshot these and read them after. So far no one has been bothered by me aproaching them.Did the Twinning today. Tank insisted that the first boss was a cake walk and the final one was a pain. Naturally we wiped to the first boss and steamrolled the final.
Incidentally, has anyone written down the data logs found in the dungeon? I've yet to see a group that will actually let me read them before running off and getting pissy about me lagging behind.

Don't queue unless you're ready to do the dungeon. There's nothing more annoying than getting stuck with an inconsiderate jerk who immediately forces everyone to stand around the wait the second they get in.Was getting WHM up to 80 and I head into Mt. Gulg to gain some exp.
I had to use the bathroom very quickly so when the light party text showed up in the middle I quickly wrote "o/ brb rq bio" which gets responded with other "o/". I'm gone for maybe like 40 seconds or so. I get back and find the tank and one of the dps dead, while another was going to die. The tank goes "????????????????????" and I politely say "Do you even read your chatlog?" and they respond with "Ok...ok...ok".
If you're worried about getting this done as quickly as possible I'll gladly head in front of you swiftcasting holy for stun waiting for your sorry butt. Tanks both new and old I cannot stress enough look at your maps to make sure you know where everyone is. If your healer is actually moving I'd continue with your pull but if you still see them standing in the spawn zone you may want to wait unless you're ready to die.

One thing I've taken to doing this expansion is /return'ing once I get the last boss' loot, so I can read through datalogs and take screenshots leisurely. Also, pick up chests that people skipped, but don't tell them.![]()
Not my story... but what is with healers this exca? I was monking it as normal and this poor tank. They instantly said they were new and willing to learn if they made any mistakes. They were a breaker. He most likely wanted to try the new class... not a felony or anything right? PFFT I watched after the first pull and they wipe this healer go stupid on the poor guy. M being the only one alive step up and tell the healer to chill the fuck out. They said they are new at tanking.. instead of being a bitch why don't you offer some advice? Healer instantly leaves the dungeon. Funny enough we get a new healer and big pulls and no deaths after that. Kindof funny. Like what is the deal with you guys? Stop being satly if the person is NEW, I get it if it's some try hard who is making mistakes on purpose... but new people? It's healers like THAT that make me happy I'm a MONK. Cause holy hell I NEVER want to tank for salty people like THAT EVER.
I did leveling roulette today and i got that level 69-70 dungeon, and at first i'm like "oh okay, haven't been here in a while, should be neat"... And, well.... it was something.
Tank was a GNB that i'm almost certain was on drugs because he wouldn't stop running around back and forth after pulling mobs. I'm pretty sure the monk wanted to punch him. Like he was just pulling mobs, running forward about 3-4 feet, then running back, and then doing so again with a different direction. I literally cannot fathom why someone would do this, but he wasn't really taking extra damage and he wasn't losing aggro so i just shrugged it off.
When we got to the first boss i got really confused because he stopped doing...whatever it was he was trying to do with the running around. He moved the boss around responsibly and followed mechanics, but after we were done he was back to zig zagging all over the map with the mobs. He wasn't trying to dodge AoEs with his erratic movements either because i was repeatedly interrupting most of them with holy, he was just super zippy for some reason.
At first i thought it was just me lagging, as Coeurl was going through some stuff earlier today, but no.
After that dungeon i walked away with all three commendations and question marks for eyes.

Or you know the situation could have changed anywhere within the time one queued up, queue popped, everyone hit ok on the queue pop, dungeon finally loads, and then last but not least the dungeon gate finally drops. As it does become a little hard to unqueue after a certain point in all of that. Most are pretty reasonable and exit queue if something comes up early enough to do so, and most are also considerate enough to also realize life happens and those waits are often not intentional.
