Design it so the PvP skills are the same as the PvE skills. Not make PvP a mini-game of PvE. In this game however, it's a practical impossibility. No way they'll redesign all PvE skills to be "PvP friendly".

How I would omprove it as is... I think adding more dps skills to healers was a mistake. I've seen plenty of newbie healers dpsing instead of healing. That won't work in burst heavy PvP.

Another mistake was to remove tank stances (they did remove 'em right? short time memory xP).

Tanks aren't dps. Healers aren't dps.

Also "smart" PvPers don't attacks tanks in skirmishes (why do peeps continously mark the tanks smh). Tanks should have more ways to provoke dps. How it could be done is another question.
