It certainly took a dreadfully long time to get there, but I thought the reveal itself was well-done.

I'm guessing that people who are indifferent and/or dislike his character in the CT story probably had different opinions, but for me, even though I guessed it, I loved the reveal.

Same. I was looking forward to it for ages, and it was lovely to finally get there and see his face again. And I'm so glad he was okay in the end.

It just felt... I dunno, weak. Urianger and Emet stole the scene. But he redeemed himself for me almost immediately afterwards so that's fine.

I'd like a potential love interest for Ifalna though. Was a bit of a gut punch for me that everyone dashes off to the people they care about and you are basically left standing ... alone.
