They’re pretty awful as a tank too. They don’t aoe, so there’s no reason to grab more than 1 pack at a time.
I am mad all the trust keeps moving to where ever I would stand to block the buff, so I would try to run to the other, and MISS the blocking buff. XD It is like, hey I was standing here go find your own. lol

IDK I dont see the tank queues going back the way they were for a while. Alot of healers were mad with the changes besides WHM mains so I expect the queues to still say healer in need on average for another 2 weeks or more.
Trusts are very slow but its that way for a reason. Its a substitute for players and if they did AOE and were quick then nobody would really use real players since the trusts already do mechanics properly and dodge aoes.
I like the trust system. I'm okay with it being slower.
I just hope they expand it so I can do more solo. Since I mostly play dps and due to work am limited on time. I don't do alot of group stuff. But I enjoy the game and story all the same.
This system was a godsend for me.

So basically this is all working as intended.
Trust system is mostly there to get the DPS through the MSQ as fast as tanks and healers can get through. Save for trials, that seems to have been achieved.
Tanks and healers shouldn’t be using this feature unless they just want to see it. They can get into and through groups a lot faster with the duty finder. Making the system agonizingly bad to use as a healer or tank is a good thing; it encourages them to stay in the duty finder and lower queue times. Allowing a DPS to speed run it by just being good encourages more DPS to get out of the duty finder; again helping to lower queue times.
So, successful system from the looks if it.

I understand what you're getting at here, but purposefully making a portion of the game terrible for what should be half your gaming population is horrible game design. I really hope that's not what they were going here
I figure it was just them trying to make trusts very simple to get into and use, but combined with the mass simplification of other systems in the game, made it quite dull if you're not a DPS class and probably a little dull there as well depending on what you're using and personal preferences.
I wouldn't call it a successful system at this point, but I would call it good groundwork that I hope gets fleshed out in the future.

I've enjoyed leveling my healer with trusts to get her to 80. Now I'm using them to level my rdm. It's a bit slow and I hope it gets an experience buff given you can only level part of the group at anyone time. My RDM will hit 80 tomorrow and my trust isn't quite 73 yet. I'll start another role there soon and hopefully by the time i have all my roles leveled my trust will be 80 again.
By the way I'm only running one trust dungeon a day and doing roulettes for the other leveling needed.

I've taken a slightly different approach, reserving a few jobs for leveling with Trusts only and running roulettes on others. Right now I'm working on three Trusts with my brd (they are halfway to 74, I am 76 because I get more exp per run than they do). Once I hit 80 on my brd, I'll start working on the other three with my drk. I suspect I'll get all six to 76ish with this method and so I'll probably pick another dps/tank pair of jobs to continue with at that point. It's a grind, but I love the Trusts so I'm going to put the time in. It helps that the ShB dungeons are beautiful and interesting, so as long as I space my runs out I don't get too sick of them.

I might do more with them but I'm also leveling a couple alts though story so my time is limited. And yeah trusts are fun and sure a lot better than squads. I never did too much with those and still need to get promotions on most of my alts with them.I've taken a slightly different approach, reserving a few jobs for leveling with Trusts only and running roulettes on others.
