What are the mechanics of bosses?

In this game, in addition to stand still and run away from AOE. Is there something else?

Just I play all trials (Shiva last my trial). And see only "run from aoe" and "move to aoe".

This game have dynamic fights. Or only stay on place and push buttons?

I mean: kiting or Line of Sight etc.

thing is with older content, even if people are level synced you are still capable of retaining a lot of power.
so it pretty much turns into a burn the boss down and dodge aoes if needed.

closer you get to current content, the harder it starts to become

Don't mind me, I'm just posting my opinions on the internet and watching how people react to them.

no kiting or similar stuff (except for 1 level 50 raid fight)

most stuff comes down to avoid aoe or share damage. but there is also other stuff

They try to continue to add more stuff when they think something up.

Various stuff that comes to mind...
    - Avoid the AOE (circle, line, cone, donut, checkerboard, etc.)
    - Avoid the roaming AOE/monster
    - Stack some people together (either to split damage or to prevent a debuff)
    - Don't look at the target
    - Stack people together AND don't look at the target at the same time
    - Don't move
    - Everyone gets marked with an AOE and they need to make sure they're spread out enough that no one gets hit by several AOEs
    - Get far away from the target (or conversely, get close to the target)
    - Hide behind something before a mechanic goes off (usually a meteor)
    - Grab a tether off of someone else (either so the off-tank can eat a hard-hitting move, or juggle the tether around because one person will die if they hold it too long)
    - Pass a debuff around so it doesn't explode
    - Stand in areas to trigger certain mechanisms
    - There are some circles on the ground and they all need to be filled with at least one party member
    - Teleport into a different room to clear a different mechanic, either solo or with another person
    - Stand on one edge of the arena so you don't get pushed off (either because the arena is tipping, or because the boss is going to push you)
    - Some people get marked with an icon and they need to point something away from the group
    - Everyone gets reduced to 1 HP and they need to be healed to full in a short amount of time or they'll die
    - Walk into an area to get a buff/debuff to avoid or reduce the effects of an upcoming attack (ex: a pool of water for an upcoming fire-based attack)
    - Boss covers the arena in enough AOEs such that the arena is completely covered, but they didn't all spawn at once, so you need to stand in one of the later-spawned ones, and move to a safe spot once the first few start to explode.
    - Boss covers the arena in bombs and you need to kill at least one of them to make a safe spot for you an your party
    - There's an untargettable thing on the outside of the arena that you need to pay attention to (whilst also doing boss mechanics) usually doing something that requires you to make sure you're on the correct 1/2 of the arena or the other
    - You get a debuff that, once it wears off, you spit out a cone of petrification that you need to make sure you don't hit your party members with (and maybe also make sure someone hits adds theirs)

    I'm sure there's more.

Just to use Seiryu EX as an example of what you might come across in a single fight (just picking because it's the last semi-hard thing I've done most recently)...
    - Avoid AOE (either circle or donut AOE based on the icon he flashes) (2x)
    - Tanks need to tankswap for the tankbuster (also the tankbuster is a small AOE, so no one can be next to the tank)
    - Tanks grab tethers (either to get hit by something, or to point something away from party, I forget which)
    - Two people get marked with a tether they need to point away from the party, while the rest stack to share line AOE damage
    - Adds spawn, need to stagger kills so people can be healed, because the adds explode when they die
    - Heal everyone up before Seiryu blows up the arena
    - Swim back to the middle of the arena
    - Get to one side of the arena so you don't get pushed into the water (2x)
    - Stack to split the damage of a line-AOE
    - Avoid a checkerboard AOE (2x, so they overlap)
    - Seiryu spawns a big monster outside the arena that slams his hand down on 1/2 the arena while you're also dealing with various other mechanics
    - Get near the middle of the arena so you don't get knocked into the water
    - Immediately after that, you need 4 party members to stand in the circles in each corner of the arena, while the other 4 members of your party are marked with AOEs indicating that they can't stand in the circles or they'll die
    - Seiryu spawns some snakes to push you from one side of the arena to the other (make sure you don't get pushed into the water) (2x)
    - Seiryu spits out 2x line AOEs that need to have their damage split, so you need to split up into two groups of four people.
    - Seiryu spawns the big monster again and his snakey friends so you need to deal with the 1/2 arena slam and the snakes pushing you around at the same time.
    - Two people get marked with a tether they need to point away from the party, while the rest stack to share line AOE damage
    - Rinse and repeat some earlier mechanics.

Off the top of my head the (very simplified) mechanics we regularly see are
    - do not stand there
    - stand there
    - do not look at the thing (and very occasionally look at the thing)
    - do something in X seconds (occasionally specified to "be moving")
    - don't do anything in X seconds
    - spread these markers out
    - bring these markers together
    - press the special button at the right time
    - don't fall off the platform
    - get hit by this aoe but not the other
    - use the thing at the right time
    - attack the thing now
    - do not attack the thing right now
    - move the thing there (then occasionally proceed to kill it on that spot)

I've no doubt that I forgot some mechanics that either crop up infrequently, are brute-forced or so ingrained that they don't register as a special mechanic anymore.

I just noticed that people complain if I move the boss. Сan't people beat and move at the same time?
Just on YouTube. The boss fight looks like an arena. And the task is only to avoid aoe zones.

There is no positioning of the boss, difficult dodging during the whole fight and so on.

cause melee need to hit positionals (back or flank) which is hard when you move the mob. also there is no point to moving the mob as it will hit you anyway

Yes, the game does not encourage kiting, and anyone who needs to be in melee range to do their job will yell at you for doing so.

There will indeed be times when you need to move, either yourself or the monster(s), to deal with a mechanic, but otherwise you should strive to keep things as still as possible.

Just in my opinion because of this, the dynamics of the battle are lost.

Nevertheless, I hope I will be able to form an opinion about the game before buying Shadowbringers. Cuz since at any stage I see no difficulties here. And from this bored).

For example tactics. DD agro boss on one side of the arena. Tank relax and healing ~3 sec. After before boss attack DD. Tank again agro boss. Its a interesting lol.

    An interesting trick.
