Cannot enter player housing area "The Mist" on Spriggan

So, we are supposed to not do the blue quest? Why even enable those then... *smh*

I mean, it's obviously just enabled be default.
If someone has it, and is tired of it being on the quest list, they could just abandon it & do it later.

Honestly didn't know housing was locked on Spriggan. I'm going to guess their is a reason though.
