Why can't we rewatch ALL the cutscenes?

Hmm? No, the ones I'm talking about are actual cutscenes. I even specified the one I mean to make a point. Do you not recall it? It's the one where Y'shtola tells you to go to bed after you almost pass out due to the light's corruption. The quest's cutscene is from the quest "More than a Hunch". Go look at The Unending Story. You won't find it.

They might not be putting a bunch of them in, solely because New Story+ will let you redo stories. That's my possible theory?
