Lost access to Shadowbringers

Pre-order codes (which grant Early Access) are an entirely different code than your full registration code. You had to register before July 5 to avoid interruption. It's not an issue on SE's side, people are just not realizing that Early Access was not full game access - it was a preorder bonus. You still need to register the game.

Make sure you are entering your full registration code on the correct page. In Mog Station there is specifically an "expansion registration" page.

Ok, so if preorder codes are different then where is the code that allows access? I've only one receipt and only one code on it.
