Finally managed to fix mine tonight after going back to the wireless headset again.

What worked for me (Note: Logitech G533):

- UNINSTALL Logitech Game Hub - May or may not be a key part of this. Suspect not, but uninstalled it anyway.
- Go into Window Device Manager, find the G533 in the Sounds section...
- Right click, update driver
- Select device, and SWITCH IT from Logitech G533 to USB Audio.
- Reboot
- In the Logitech Gaming Software app, I disabled surround sound. Not sure if key or not.

But it's working now.
