Honestly, not all race designs are going to be something everyone likes. I'm interested in seeing Highlander female now though.

Because non JP players are second rate citizens here.

He does have a point though. If people on the English forums didn't scour the Japanese forums we would have no idea that this screenshot even existed. If Reinheart didn't have his thread up we'd be completely in the dark about a lot of things, not exactly top notch communication there. There could definitely be better communication across languages.

Geez, brothers, chill. Our community reps JUST GOT BACK from christmas/new year vacation, besides everything the first thing they probably had to do was get briefed on the current haps, probably then required to have other paperwork to handle, mostly relating to what sort of information in what order and how often they're going to have to divulge.
After that they need to scour our forums to see any information that they're going to repass to the devs, translate that, and pass that on.
AFTER that they not only grab the information they've been given they also probably scour the JP forums for important stuff, get to localizing all of that (big difference, translation would mean possible loss of meaning. Also a lot more work to localize instead of translate), and then post.

So yes, they need some goddamn time to translate posts and put it here.

Did you honestly forget you're not allowed to post facts here? It doesn't matter that a Japanese development company would post information in Japanese because we all know Bioware and Blizzard post information in Chinese before they do in English.

Maybe they just know that a picture isn't hard to see in English or Japanese. Hell they also probably know we will have it google translated and a few moments after that properly translated by a fellow poster.

Why waste the time doing a speedy translation?
