Convalescence was merged into Thrill of Battle for WAR.

Anticipation wasn't that great in the grand scheme of things.
Awareness was nice but also only exceedingly useful in a handful of situations.
Both were okay-ish for large pulls in dungeons, but I think SE wanted to give healers some more work to do, since historically they haven't healed much at all. If this means being 20 seconds or so without a cooldown available, so be it.
