We could keep the points as they are if you guys would adjust the rediculous amount of mining/logging we have to do for the luminary axe and pick. It needs to be balanced with the other crafts. 5600 synths for DoH vs 21960 for DoL is not at all balanced.
Entire Thanalan is a nightmare, plz adjust
As a botanist I have to say that Treespeak also has a terrible spread (Mainly due to the corridor layout) of the area. To be honest all the Grade V nodes are odly placed aside from Iron Lake it stands out at the top due to having next to no agro and being a straight line.
Secondary nodes in the following locations need adjusting: adding to
there should be at least 3 in each region, the following dont comply with this
Skull Valley: Only 1 Quarry and 2 Harvest nodes
Iron Lake: 2 Spearfish and 2 QUarry nodes
Bloodshore: 1 Quarry node
Humblehearth: While there are 3 spearfishing nodes, the 2 to the northwest are right on top each other thus causing each other to bug, and you cant actualy farm both of them, they cant as the same node, so they need to be moved apart.

This I agree with, but I would also add Fields of Glory and Dragonhead. Both of these areas have 4 harvesting nodes close together and 2 quarry nodes a long distance apart. As for the searfishing nodes, there are 3 but the distance between them is huge.Secondary nodes in the following locations need adjusting: adding to

Not only are they distanced too far in Thanalan and Coerthas but they're also difficult to see. When a sandstorm kicks up in Thanalan especially, at least for me it blinds out all the nodes except logging trees. In several spots in Thanalan you still have to run through crowds of high level aggressive monsters gathered around your node. The stealth abilities don't really help in this case, as to level there you're not high enough level yourself yet to use the stealth ability needed to avoid that range of monster.
I hope these things are adjusted, gathering should be a fun and relaxing hobbyist activity. I'd like to see it made as least frustrating or troublesome as possible.
Grid is annoying to btn and mnr at only because your abilities usually fail to tell you if the node is on the upper or lower levels unless your extremely close to them
Camp Horizon got one of the worst miner node spread possible. 400+ yalms run almost all the time.
Treespeak's Ixali spawns were also added at a terrible location. Mob placement guy obviously doesn't do gathering. (22-14) harvesting/quarry especially, off-hand with stealth is very slow and could have been avoided. (19-13) Ixali camp is also annoying due to node spawning directly in it or being a corridor that takes forever to cross with stealth.
I also agree with halatali being an annoying place to gather at, especially for making you run around mountains so much. I'm also wondering why most zones if not all are limited to 5 nodes. Huge zones for example, could have a larger amount of nodes.
in all fairness, when they did the node adjustments due to agro mobs, it was before the beast camps were addedCamp Horizon got one of the worst miner node spread possible. 400+ yalms run almost all the time.

but when they added the camps, they shoulda adjusted the spawns again, treespeak in specific got hit pretty bad by this with some of its spawns(they could be worse)
we do need to see some adjustments to nodes not being inside beastmen camps though

And with that I am suspending my Halatali mining operations for now.![]()
