The ONE thing I find iffy about FF14

Is that I can't do Solo [instanced] content, such as Job quests... I can't do them while queued for a grouped instance.

It's a real annoyance. Would be nice if I could be queued for a Roulette while doing job quests... more so when queues are 30+ minutes long. :/

Yeah that's a pain, but an instance is an instance, can't be in more than 1.
That's why Diadem and Eureka were so annoying.

I agree it's anoying, they could just kick you out of the solo instance when your duty start (the same way they interupt the cinematic you're currently watching). I also hate that you can't queu for more than one duty at a time, if I know I'm going to play for a while and intent to do every duty let me queu into all of them at the same time so I can go into whichever as a place for me first.

You can queue up to 5 duties at a time. Only roulettes are one only. And given that a lot of them give you a good 20-30 instances short of MSQ and Expert Roulettes. I do this pretty often when me and friends have a few things to do and don't care on the order, like unlocking a massive amount of dungeons, just queue 5 and take what comes first.
