Have you guys gotten your final registration code for Shadowbringers?

No codes for me or my partner yet, this is actually quite unacceptable for a digital distribution standpoint, The reason we pre order is so we can have access to the full game and all content on day of release. I'm questioning whether I should ever use the SE store ever again as I've felt it's been abit of a headache, I'll go back to using GmG for future expansion purposes.

CE digital download purchased through Square Enix store. Been paid for since 3/1. No code. It's July 2

Should be that hard to have codes activate on the accounts at midnight automatically for those who've already paid. Especially when it seems every other distributor has already gotten theirs to their customers.

It just now is midnight the 2nd PST. Should be sent out today. Have till the 5th to register it before you lose access from the Early Access code.

Yes, you can still access all the content as long as you get your key and register it by the 5th

Edit: I got a mail about half an hour ago from the delivery company saying I'll get my physical CE later today. Still SE, you could have done a better job of informing me somehow on when it would be delivered. Or you could have told the delivery company to do a better job of informing me. Right now it's only informing me on the day of delivery, which I didn't know when exactly it would be. Sure there's options given on how to handle the delivery in the mail, but come on, expecting me to be home on the same day as the mail is a serious gamble

The part about the physical Editions was to be expected. But I don't even know if my physical Collector's Edition has even been shipped, yet. on June 19th I've received an E-mail that my order has been shipped but I never got a tracking code. Even the status on the store states, that my order is "being prepared" for shipment (as of today, mind you!).
In the worst case scenario, I'm forced to buy a digital code or I might be forced to wait till the end of the "next" week, because I might not be at home (I work on shift) when the shipment should be delivered unannounced. I really hope that the store support will clear things up and that they will work on their communication. A whole bunch of european customers (been asking in different places) are sitting in the dark, like me, because we don't get any reliable informations.

I have the same problem. No tracking code or anything to follow my shipment with and also a mail on the 19th saying it was being shipped. If it doesn't arrive today SE can expect an angry and/or anxious mail. It shouldn't take multiple weeks to arrive really. Shipping from London (I assume, as my other SE EU purchases always come from there) to the Netherlands shouldn't take multiple weeks.

I was wondering the same - How is it possible that the day is already going towards an end in Japan and the SE Store hasn't managed to send out the Keys yet? Especially since they have no Phone Support or anything and seem not to be related with the Mogry Station. You could have bought it on ANY CD Key Website for the same price or cheaper and would have better support. Amazing, SE.

I hope the key will be there when I come home tonight after work.

So it's not just me, on the one hand I'm glad it's not only me but on the other I'm seriously annoyed by the fact that we had registered EA of ShB but we also have to register again for the normal game and SE incompetence to hand out the products we paid for in time or even have the thing fully systemised so we don't have to go through this.. Oh well I hope that I get my code in time. If not... Well we'll see
