I preodered the physical Collector's Edition and haven't gotten anything, yet (I'm living in europe, btw.)
Almost two weeks, ago I've received an e-mail conforming the shipping but for reasons unknown they didn't give me a tracking number.
Also when I look up the order in the square store it says that the shipment is being prepared. As far as I know, many people in europe haven't gotten even an tracking number.
I also like to point out, that despite the Journey-Soundtrack's official release almost half a month, ago, they didn't even bother preparing this order.
Oh and, I paid both orders months ago.
Pre-ordered 6/1, got the code 6/7 (Early Access.)
That's what I was thinking as well...I just did not want to have to deal with all that drama.





It says on the SE store page that digital codes are released on 7-2.


can you tell me when yours was shipped please. I, also, ordered the Physical CE and have heard nothing about shipping. Getting a little concerned. No telling when SE will get respond to my quarry. Thanks

Based on my past experience with the SE store, you do not get the activation key in an email. Instead, you log into the store and go to your orders. From there, you can click "Unlock Activation Key" and the page will have the key.
NOTE: The keys are not available till July 2 on the SE Store. Some people have gotten theirs by now as they live in the east and it is already July 2nd for them.





With past orders from them I would normally get an email from SE directly saying that my order was on the way. I didn't receive anything like that this time around. Idk if they come directly from Japan or not, but it apparently got processed and scanned in Tennessee on the 27th of last month and ended up a state away yesterday. This morning I got an email from UPS and they were like "oh btw, your package will arrive tomorrow!" and the shipping details as well as the tracking number were given to me...so yeah, I'm sort of confused but I'm not complaining. I had no details as to my order's status and whereabouts until 9am this morning, but it had apparently been shipped days ago.
Wait, so we're supposed to get a code that we have to register with? Why am I having to manually register the expansion I bought? This isn't 1990, this has been automated for over two decades. I didn't have to do this when I bought SB.
