As an AST i love those 4k Aspected Helios on players with over 70k hp... I don't get the heal % formula on this expansion.
Seems healing potencies feel so weak and awkward. And the 'Mind' scaling is barely noticeable.

Tbh noticed the wave of wannabe tank taking the new job and acting like the worse kind of tank, not poping cds and trying to mass pull to the wall, without giving any notice or note the party composition to assure there are classes which can do good aoe damage.
So far I've managed to heal and do dps and don't find it stressful since now i can use my full toolkit of healing spells, even the emergency ones, which rarely were needed.
Like always will level astro and sch after i've reached 80 with Whm, but so far i can't say it's that bad as people make it to be and need more crunching before I can give any definitive feedback.
Also Hail Canadane!

I think the issue might be a little more complex than just being the tanks fault tbh. I was farming the level 75 dungeon last night because it was good fun after how much the 73 dungeon bored me. In one of those runs I got a tank that had just been kicked from a group for mass pulling. He was absolutely fine, other than maybe not picking up the first boss gimmick quick enough I couldn't fault him. However his mistake was likely not to mention that he was planning on mass pulling and ironically, he didn't even say it to us either. It wasn't until a few packs in that he mentioned it
As a healer, I'd honestly recommend that if you're not comfortable with mass pulling, you should probably say as such at the start of duty.

My problem is not the mass pulling or lack of communication , is the use of running straight to the pack before the others are fully loaded.
5-10 seconds delay won't make it faster and in the end if you don't read the party composition you end doing more bad than good if the classes you're with are not burning the mobs fast enough.
Usually i tend to feel the party and adjust to the pace fine, just that when i see someone doing this, it irks me, that's all there is to it.
I don't usually get annoyed , but the behavior is at fault here, not the class .

Yeah, protect in dungeons was like a starting signalMy problem is not the mass pulling or lack of communication , is the use of running straight to the pack before the others are fully loaded.

Ewwwwwww, it's all glowwy again!

As a tank that pulled wall to wall while leveling, I apologize.

Don't apologise, just ask before you do it, I love a tank who pulls wall to wall personally. I love a challenge. It's the ones who don't ask people who get them upset.
the tanks I hate are the ones who pull 3 at a time an p.much afk without asking me if I wanted to pull big, nearly as bad as Cure 2 spammers lol
