Best way to speedrun ifrit?

Somebody mentioned doing it in about 6 minutes, but I just can't imagine how that's possible....sure I can see getting to Hellfire in 6 minutes, but to be in a party where people know how to recover very quickly and efficiently on top of his jump 6 minute just doesn't seem possible.

I said something about a 6ish mins run, and im sure it can be done but you would have to have the THMs with rly good melds/skill to do it. Like i think our best time was just under 10 mins with GLA, CNJx2, THMx5. So if you had 6 THM doing top DMG you could get some rly fast runs I'm sure.

I did a 9 min kill on ifrit today with 1 MRD, 1 PGL, 1 LNC, 2 CNJ, 1 THM, 2 ARC, was quite easy, just wasn't faster because all of the DD had to hold back a bit, harder to keep hate without +enmity melds. xD
So yah, isn't with just THMs that can do speed runs, is more about people not getting hit by stuff. lol

Yeah It is nice when you can avoid all the hits. Stealing hate is about the only downfall to the THM burn but the 2 archer skills do help a ton.
