Hopefully on the full release we will see them added. I know I am wanting the Inferno version for Dancer.
What's the point though? Functionally speaking you don't need or should want anything that is a lower ilvl, you're just deliberately under gearing yourself at that point.
I sympathise with regards to raid/primal weapons, as they all tend to be super unique glamour options. But hunt vendor? You're just grasping at straws there.
Also noticed they have no trial weapons, no alex raid weapons, only shire tome weapon, no alphascape or deltascape weapon, or lost allagan or ala mhigan tome weapons.
so basically all they get besides crafted weapons in HW/SB content is Shire Tome Weapon, Alphascape Weapon, Ryumyaku Tome Weapon, and Scaevan Tome Weapon, POTD and HoH weapons. And this, people, is the reason they keep telling us things are not possible due to whatever reasons. Because whenever you get something, you people act entitled and think you will always get it.Honestly, I'm still waiting on Red Mage and Samurai getting Primal Focus weapons, not to mention getting their own versions of the Lv50 PvP gear sets (the animal themed ones, Samurai in particular needs a version of the Batsight gear, and now that I think of it Dancer is begging for a Peacock set...), heck the last set of PvP gear they added still doesn't even have an accompanying set of weapons like every other set... Not really going to hold my breath on Dancer and Gunbreaker getting their own versions of old sets any time soon...
(oh, and on the subject of PvP sets, Dancer and Gunbreaker also don't have Wolf Collar weapons, and nor does the lapis caster we dare not mention for that matter)
It's a shit ton of work to make weapons for all the old expansion whenever they add new jobs and it only gets worse with every new expansion.
Presumably they'll be added at a later date if there's enough demand. I don't blame them for not adding them right away given the sheer amount of jobs now present in the game and the backlog of work it'd entail.

They seemed to have no problem making i280 Coven weapons for the 2 jobs, though—weapons that most of the playerbase neither care about nor will likely ever see.And this, people, is the reason they keep telling us things are not possible due to whatever reasons. Whoa there, calm down. No reason to mistake disappointment with entitlement...And this, people, is the reason they keep telling us things are not possible due to whatever reasons. Because whenever you get something, you people act entitled and think you will always get it.

People expect these kinds of weapons to be added, because the devs have always gone out of their way to add them; With Heavensward they specifically said in interviews "Of course the new Jobs will have Ifrit/etc. weapons", granted a lot of Dark Knight weapons were just upscaled Paladin weapons, but those 3 Jobs got everything except Relic weapons. Same deal with Stormblood, "Of course they'll have Ifrit/etc. weapons", although that was where we started to see gaps forming, no Primal Focus weapons, no Coil weapons.
To go from that, to straight up nothing? That's very noticeable, of course people are going to comment on it... I don't really see anyone demanding these weapons be added, people are just voicing disappointed. Every new Job has had old Primal/etc weapons, and for some part of the excitement for seeing new Jobs is checking out those weapons, people are perfectly within their rights to comment on that, given the purpose of these forums...

A glowing Thordan weapon would look so cool on GNB. The jobs start at 60 so it is not unreasonable to expect at least the level 60 primal weapons which are classic glamour stuff.

Or you know, the ppl looking forward, saving nidhogg scales and sophia crystals only to learn its not possible... i imagine an sephirot gnb sword must be sweet as well.
Its not like a weapon is that much work, even less when you basically can mesh parts of existing ones xD

Does anyone know if there is a salesman of Gunblades between 60 to 70?
